1、负责MRO(非生产性物料)的战略采购，包括供应商的优化开发、定价管理、各类别物料的价格数据库建立和更新；

1、了解工业自动化智能制造的最新应用或技术，研究现有生产工艺，结合新技术以提高生产运营效率，质量控制水平。
2、熟悉/了解行业发展趋势，收集同行业先进设备信息，负责/参与协同行业设备制造商研究、开发、引进、导入自动化设备/自动生产线
3、负责/参与新设备技术协议制定，在工厂内的安装、调试，对设备进行工艺验证、批量生产确认、组织相关部门对设备最终验收报告
4、负责/参与设备的电气、PLC、触摸屏、变频器、伺服驱动器的参数设定、通讯控制技术故障诊断程序升级改造；
5、参与设备疑难杂症故障技术讨论，及时响应设备管理部电气/机械技术支援需求
6、新设备/自动化生产线设备，理解设备控制原理系统设计，能够自行解决使用过程中设备问题的能力，支持工艺工程师，机械工程师进行操作规程，工艺规程等相关文件编制与发布
7、负责生产线中、小型非标设备的方案设计、电气图、接线图、PLC、HMI程序编写，工艺与生产导入
8、负责项目所需电气模块、网络构架、传感器、控制元件等选型
9、参与/协同机械工程师、模具工程师项目的实施和结果跟踪
10、负责新设备/自动化生产线设备技术文件，操作手册，维护手册制定与发布
11、参与/支持新产品开发及导入批量生产
12、贯彻落实公司文件决策，服从上级领导的管理和交办的其他工作

主要职责:
Responsibilities:
1. 负责电路方案设计、器件选型、方案架构设计等；
Responsible for system solution design, device selection, solution architecture design, etc.
2. 负责电路测试验证，编制相关的设计规范及测试用例、技术标准、产品故障案例库或问题列表等；
Responsible of circuit verification, preparing relevant design specifications, technical standards, product failure library or problem lists, etc.
3. 根据总体需求及功能、性能指标要求，分解相关指标要求，负责产品需求评估及硬件方案设计；
According to the overall functional and performance requirements, decompose the circuit related requirements, responsible for product requirement assessment and hardware solution design.
4. 参与实施电路设计，PCB layout评审，硬件电路DFMEA分析，并根据流程输出相关设计文档（硬件设计报告、软硬件接口文档、单元测试报告、E-BOM等）；
Participate in circuit design, PCB layout review, hardware circuit DFMEA analysis, and output relevant design documents (hardware design report, hardware-software interface document, unit test report, E-BOM, etc.)
5. 与软件开发人员配合完成产品的功能验证与设计优化，完成功能测试；

6. 负责持续改进、不断优化电路设计可制造性和成本；
Responsible for the continuous improvement of product manufacturability and cost.
7. 负责产品试制，生产过程提供技术支持，问题分析与改善；

8. 参与试制模组、PACK. 负责测试工装，测试方案并提供必要的技术支持；
Assisting in the pilot production of modules, Packs. Responsible for test fixtures, test solution and providing the necessary technical support.
9. 保持跟总部锂电团队沟通协作，确保产品满足公司工程规范。
Maintain communication and collaboration with the headquarters lithium team to ensure that the products meet the company's engineering specifications.
10. 完成上级分配的其他任务。

任职资格
Qualifications:
1. 本科及以上学历，电子、电气自动化及机电一体化等相关专业；
Bachelor degree or above, majoring in electronics, electrical automation and mechatronics and other related majors.
2. 本科3年以上电子电路开发工作经验，或研究生2年以上电子电路设计经验；
3 years of experience in BMS hardware development for undergraduate and 2 years of experience in BMS hardware design for graduate students.
3. 流利的英语为必须
Fluent in English is a must.
4. 了解锂电池应用基础知识；掌握硬件电路知识，熟悉低压BMS控制回路设计及电气元气件的选型原理为佳；
Understand the basic knowledge of lithium battery; master the BMS hardware knowledge, familiar with the design of low-voltage BMS control circuit and the selection principle of electrical components, etc.
5. 精通模拟、数字等电子基础知识，掌握信号完整性原理，熟悉一般电子产品硬件开发流程和设计方法；
Proficient in analog, digital and other electronic fundamentals, mastering the principles of signal integrity, familiar with the general electronic product hardware development process and design methods.
6. 熟悉了解电池及电池系统的UL,CE等认证者优先；
Familiar with the battery system UL, CE certification is preferred.
7. 有PMP项目经历，IATF16949相关经验和实际经历为佳
Familiar with PMP and IATF16949 is preferred.
8. 具有较强的学习能力、沟通能力和团队协作能力，能主动解决问题；具有较强的逻辑分析、判断能力；具有较强的技术研究方案的策划组织和推进能力
